Contingent Capital
bedingtes Kapital, Equity Put Options, Instrument des  Alternativen Risikotransfers. Das gesicherte Unternehmen hat das Recht, nach einem ex ante definierten Schadenereignis vom Vertragspartner (i.d.R. Investment Bank) zu festgelegten Konditionen Kapital aufzunehmen. Dieses Kapital hat Eigenkapitalcharakter. Es schützt das gesicherte Unternehmen vor Überschuldung und Illiquidität.
